There comes a time you are given the opportunity to play, let loose, get dirty and bring out the child in you and this is how it went down at Kenana Farm in Njoro during the mud run challenge.  As much as it seemed fun it also seemed challenging from the faces I got to freeze.

 

Mud run happens once a year around end of June, beginning of July at Kenana Farm in Njoro.

It is a team event with teams being comprised of four members one of whom is assigned to be the team captain. Team captains are responsible for the coordination and safety of their team members.
Mud Run is a timed event where every team must maneuver through each of the obstacles properly in the least time possible to earn points and eventually we have the winning team.

If you want to have some muddy fun next year, be sure to gather a good team and do not miss out.
